Customs Declaration Service(CDS) will officially replace the Customs Handling of Import and Export Freight (CHIEF) system as the UK’s single customs platform after 30/09/2022 for import declaration & 31/03/2023 for export declarations.
Companies in the UK/Overseas are reminded to register for CDS to receive updates from HMRC as a few functions will be available on your account in the future (view declaration record/download C79, change payment methods, etc).

With the current conflict in Ukraine, causing uncertainty in the economic markets, the world is seeing unprecedented hikes in oil/fuel prices. ACCS has reviewed the situation and feel there is no other option but to introduce a fuel surcharge of 8% to all collection and deliveries effective 14th March 2022.
